In response, Mizuno’s design team increased the JPX800's vertical MOI, alongside the standard extension from heel to toe. In sync with Mizuno's 'Balanced Performance' philosophy, the Mizuno JPX800 Driver sits with a square clubface at address - relying on a complex internal weighting system for its straight, high flight. By analyzing thousands of fittings at its National Fitting Centres, Mizuno found that the square set-up best neutralised the amateur’s most destructive shot – the pull straight left. Mizuno's lightweight Exsar DS5 graphite shaft is fitted as standard at 45.5'.
